Shipping Policy

TQ Mart delivers across Pakistan. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time:

• Within Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 1–2 business days
• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, etc.): 3–5 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (as displayed on the website).

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at tqmartpk@gmail.com to track your package.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at tqmartpk@gmail.com.
