Our Return & Refund Policy

At TQ Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy for all our products.

Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items for Return:

• Electronics & Gadgets: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
• Mobile Accessories: Must be unopened and in original condition.
• Cosmetics & Beauty Products: Returns accepted only if the product is sealed/unopened due to hygiene reasons.
• Other Products: Must be in original, unused condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used cosmetic/beauty products
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Products without original packaging or missing accessories
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Process:

1. Email us at tqmartpk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to our address in Islamabad.
4. Once received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, as per customer preference.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
